1. Agreement

By installing or using Round Table ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App is operated by Round Table ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

Round Table is a Slack application that facilitates multi-AI debates. The App sends user-provided prompts to third-party AI model providers (Anthropic, Google, Moonshot, Zhipu) and returns their responses within Slack.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the App
• Violate Slack's Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the service in ways that degrade performance for others

4. Accounts and Billing

Free tier: Available at no cost with usage limits as described on our pricing page.

Paid tiers: Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Data Handling

We process messages only to deliver the service (routing prompts to AI providers and returning responses). We do not store debate content beyond the duration of an active session. We do not use your data to train any AI models. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party AI Providers

The App routes prompts to third-party AI providers. Each provider has its own terms and data policies. We select providers that do not train on API inputs, but we are not responsible for changes to their policies. Current providers: Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), Moonshot (Kimi), Zhipu (GLM).

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit. AI-generated responses are provided as-is and are not claimed as our intellectual property.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. Do not rely on it as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may uninstall the App at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul.
